How do you ship packages?

Packages from our China-located warehouses will be handled and shipped by any of the several available free, and reduced shipping services, including ePacket, EMS, China Post and DHL depending on the weight, size of the package and nature of goods. Packages shipped from our US warehouses are mostly handled by USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

We provide free shipping to over 200 destinations/countries, there are however, some locations we are unable to ship to due to circumstances and regulations out of our control. If you happen to be located in one of these destinations, we will let you know in most case prior to checkout.

Who is responsible for custom clearance and payment?

This is the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for handling customs clearance at destination nor are we responsible to pay any such related fees (if applicable). By purchasing any of our products, you consent to be fully responsible for any customs related matter at the provided shipping destination/country.

How long does it take for a package to be delivered?

Do you provide tracking?

Yes, your order tracking information will be forwarded to your registered email. In some cases, free shipping tracking is not fully available or updated.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 3-7 business days for the tracking information to be visible on their online tracking system. Also, in rare circumstances, only the tracking status at origin is provided. In case you experience such situation, please contact our customer support to follow-up with the shipping agent.

I have purchased several items, may all they be dispatched in one package?

No, this is not guaranteed nor preferred. Packaging of items of different categories and natures may be handled from different warehouses; therefore, your eventual request for combining shipments may not be fulfilled.
